Welcome to Arts and Crafts Creation! This is a special space where I share my artwork, inspired by my experiences in alternative healthcare with wonderful clients and students.

Hypnosis is a remarkable and effective means, to change what you want to change. Perhaps, you want to lose weight, build self-confidence, improve your memory, relieve pain, and release your inner creativity. Hypnotherapy can help guide you to your desired goal.
You may be concerned that you may be incapable of being hypnotized. Everyone is capable of being hypnotized. The depth of the hypnotic state achieved varies for every individual, and in fact, varies each time a person is hypnotized. Everyone can achieve the depth needed to overcome their problems.
Self-hypnosis training enables your inner mind to review and examine memories from past experiences that have caused problems. This releases you from the control those memories have had on you, and the difficulties they caused.
The incidental effects of hypnotherapy are beneficial because they deeply relax your entire nervous system, and most people report sleeping much better. Many mention they are calmer and more at ease in their daily life, and many report their self-confidence increases, allowing them to think more clearly, conduct their lives, and work more efficiently.

We exist within a universal life energy, with the Reiki Ray being a part of it. During the session, I will channel this energy while you relax, using visualization, intention, and Reiki symbols.
The Reiki Ray can restore balance to your mind, body, emotions, and spirit, often eliciting warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. It addresses individual needs, relieving stress and promoting mental, emotional, and physical harmony. By the session's end, your energy centers can feel aligned and integrated.
In addition, Reiki Attunements connect you to the life force energy and the lineage of Reiki Masters who preside over your attunements and Reiki teachings. After the attunement, you can use the Reiki energy to promote health.

Your Reading
After making your appointment on the scheduled day, your session will begin when we connect on Google Meet, Zoom, or on the phone.
I will be reading the Inner Child Cards. You may choose to sit back and absorb the imagery and Reiki, or you can engage the energy by following along with the card displayed on the screen or you may like to use your tarot deck. If you wish to follow along, please have your cards sorted into suits, court, and majors so you can easily find your cards.
The following questions are some examples on how to create your intention. Just remember to be specific. Avoid questions that give yes or no answers, and that involve blame. Stay focused on your present and future growth. If you are still unsure of your question, there are many good web sites with suggestions for phrasing inquiries.
1. What do I need to be aware of right now?
2. How can I be open to living a prosperous life?
3. What is keeping me from being more loving?
4. What is the nature of my most evolved self?
5. What practical consideration and soul work do I need to pay attention to right now?
6. Is this (specific) job/project/career right for me?
Your Card Spread
Kindly choose one of the following card spreads based on the nature of your question and the number of minutes you would like to spend.
15 minutes: Three Card Spread: for opportunities: Theme, actor, action to take.

Your Journey:
After we connect, I will provide a short three card reading to seed your journey for possibilities. After the reading settle back and relax.
You can close your eyes and listen, or close your eyes and draw/write, or open your eyes and draw or write.
There will be a musical beat in the background, and I will then guide you into a journey to enter your inner landscapes in which you meet the archetypes of the Tarot. You can receive a guidance and mentoring from the Element Royals to help you actualize a wish or realize an intention. These are insightful and meaningful journeys that can have lasting and beneficial effects.
